First Visit
What to expect?
If this is your first visit, your practitioner will go over your health history in depth and identify your health goals. Based on this intake and other diagnostic exams, we’ll create a realistic treatment plan that includes the estimated number of sessions, any recommended herbs or supplements, and nutritional and lifestyle advice. If you are receiving acupuncture, your provider will always treat to your comfort level and to the needs of your condition.
How to prepare
Please wear loose clothing and do not consume alcohol or caffeine prior to your appointment.
Bring any supplements and herbs and relevant labs to your first visit
Partners are welcome! And encouraged for couples looking for fertility support
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible by texting 424-744-8366 or by emailing hello@rentandtonic.com. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment time will result in a fee that equals the cost of the full appointment.
Insurance
We are a Cigna provider. If you have cigna please, contact us and we will verify your co-pay. If you do not have Cigna we are happy to provide you with a superbill with the necessary coding for you to submit to your insurance. We recommend checking with your insurance company to see if you are covered for acupuncture and, if so, what specific conditions are covered.
